STL H: the best solution for TOMATO cultivation

STL H is the real innovation in LED technology for greenhouse lights for plants, especially for grow lights for tomato and cucumber cultivation. In addition to the specific features of the LED module, described in the previous pages, the great innovation is the integration of the three main elements: LED MODULE, DRIVER, SUPPORT STRUCTURE, in a single component and this brings great advantages.

  • THERMAL DISSIPATION AND LONGER LIFE

    The supporting structure, consisting of an aluminum bar designed specifically for greenhouses, constributes to the termal dissipation of the LED module and driver and this extends the life of both.

  • ONE APPLIANCE, MANY COMBINATIONS

    With a single device, simply changing the quality and then the distance on the bar, you get PPFD from 100 to 1500 µmol/m²s.

  • EASY ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION

    The electrical connection is fixed to the bar and many bars can be connected in series, making it easier to distribute electricity in the greenhouse.

  • WASHABLE

    The LED module heatsink is perfectly flat and easily wahsable to prevent the formation of bacteria. Furthermore, the IP67 protection on the back and IP69K on the front make the product absolutely suitable for seasonal disinfestations, without any need for disassembly or cover.

  • EASE OF INSTALLATION

    The bars, thanks to the special support, can be installed in a few minutes, even with cultivation in place and you can easily vary the height to optimize uniformity and efficiency. .

  • PLUG & PLAY COMPONENTS

    All components are plug and play, so easy to replace.

  • SHADOW EFFECT LESS THAN 5%

    The narrow profile bar, the vertical driver and the small size of the LED module reproduce a shadow effect of less than 5%.

STL H3-R06 / STL H3-S06 / STL H3-U06 - LED lamps for tomato cultivation

For the cultivation of tomatoes and cucumbers we have studied three spectrums; all obtained with the mixing of HYPER RED and WHITE LED with high BLUE content

R06 is the most balanced spectrum with B-GY-R percentages of 11-33-56 rispectively, and it is recommended in crops with little presence of natural light, then placed over the 55th parallel. 

S06 is an intermediate spectrum; with percentages 9% – 27% – 64%; it is the most indicated between 45° and 55° parallel.

SPETTRO S PER POMODORO

U06 is the spectrum with the lowest level of BLUE: 7%,  WHITE: 21% and the highest of RED: 72%, therefore the most suitable for crops where natural light is an important presence, even in winter, tipically below the 45° parallel. However, they are well balanced spectrums; far from the extremities of white and red/blue; this is to ensure a fair balance between energy consumption, harvest quantity but also quality.
